Orders can be placed online through our secure checkout process or via email and WhatsApp.
Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR).
We accept major payment methods including EFT on request and credit/debit cards at checkout.
Orders are only processed once full payment is received.

4. Shipping

5. Returns and Refunds

You may return unused items in original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Custom or made-to-order items may not be returnable.

6. Warranty

Junior Poles products are built to last. Manufacturing defects are covered for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or wear and tear.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Use of sports equipment must be supervised and age-appropriate.
